According to the China Trade Relief Information Network, on November 8, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) voted to make an affirmative final ruling on anti-dumping damage to truck and bus tires imported from Thailand, and determined that the products involved in the case that were claimed to have dumped caused substantial damage or threat of damage to the U.S. domestic industry. Based on the affirmative final ruling of the U.S. International Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of Commerce will issue an anti-dumping duty order on the products involved in the case from Thailand. This case involves products under U.S. customs codes 4011.20.1015 and 4011.20.5020.
At the same time, the U.S. International Trade Commission made a negative final ruling on anti-dumping emergency situations for truck and bus tires imported from Thailand.
On November 7, 2023, the U.S. Department of Commerce initiated an anti-dumping investigation on truck and bus tires imported from Thailand. On October 10, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce made a final anti-dumping ruling on truck and bus tires imported from Thailand.
