Core Material & Stable Physical Parameters

We strictly select imported standard natural rubber raw materials with complete batch inspection reports, and independently adjust rubber formulations according to different vehicle load standards and regional road conditions. All raw materials comply with automotive industry RoHS and REACH environmental standards, with no harmful volatile substances released during long-term vehicle operation.

Hardness range: 55-75 Shore A, adjustable freely based on OEM drawing requirements and vehicle chassis tuning needs

Working temperature resistance: -40℃ to 110℃, adapting to extreme cold northern areas and high-temperature engine compartment working environments

Tensile strength: ≥22MPa; elongation at break ≥300%, avoiding crack failure under long-term torsion

Rubber-metal bonding performance: Integral vulcanization bonding process, no delamination between rubber and steel sleeves after 100,000 times of fatigue tests

Compared with ordinary mixed rubber bushings in the market, our all-natural rubber products have slower aging speed, less permanent deformation after long-term compression, and can retain original damping performance for more than 80,000 kilometers of vehicle driving mileage.

For standard-size orders, we can arrange direct shipment without opening new moulds, shortening customer's procurement cycle effectively.

Production Process & Quality Control System

All production procedures are completed in our self-owned factory, covering rubber mixing, metal sleeve pretreatment, rubber-metal integral vulcanization, deburring, dimensional inspection, fatigue testing and vacuum packaging. We adopt secondary vulcanization technology to enhance rubber internal stability and reduce early aging risk.

We follow IATF 16949 automotive quality management system for full-process inspection:

Incoming inspection: Test every batch of natural rubber and steel materials to eliminate unqualified raw materials

Online inspection: Random dimensional detection during vulcanization process to control tolerance within ±0.1mm

Finished product sampling: Regular fatigue torsion tests, high and low temperature aging tests and bonding strength tests every day

We do not conduct exaggerated quality promotion. All testing data can be provided with official inspection reports for customer review.

 Factory Strength & Supply Capacity

Our factory covers an area of 18,000 square meters, equipped with 32 sets of fully automatic vulcanization machines and 8 sets of professional rubber testing equipment. The daily output of suspension rubber bushings reaches 15,000 pieces, meeting both small-batch customized orders and large-scale original equipment matching orders. We support FOB, CIF and DDP international trade terms, and arrange professional packaging to prevent extrusion damage during long-distance ocean transportation.
