Large-Diameter TEFLON PTFE Tube/Sleeve

All our large-diameter PTFE tubes and sleeves are made of 100% virgin pure TEFLON PTFE resin without recycled materials or filler additives. This pure material foundation ensures consistent basic performance including excellent chemical inertness, reliable high and low temperature resistance, and stable electrical insulation. The material does not react with most industrial acids, alkalis, organic solvents and corrosive fluids, which protects mechanical equipment, pipeline systems and electrical components from chemical erosion in long-term service. Under continuous high-temperature and low-temperature cycling conditions, pure PTFE material will not soften, harden or crack, maintaining stable structural integrity suitable for harsh outdoor and industrial workshop operating environments.

The core production difficulty of large-diameter PTFE tubes lies in overall structural uniformity and dimensional stability. In the production process, we optimize the proportion of raw material powder, pre-pressing pressure and integral sintering temperature curve targeted at large-size specifications. The whole-piece sintering process eliminates secondary splicing and bonding, effectively preventing cracking, leakage and structural instability caused by assembly joints. Each tube features uniform inner and outer wall thickness, smooth and non-stick surface, low friction coefficient and no residual stress inside the material. This stable structural performance avoids deformation, bending or local stress concentration during installation and long-term use, adapting to fixed piping layout and movable equipment protection scenarios.

Our large-diameter PTFE sleeves are widely used for outer protection of mechanical shafts, pipeline insulation, equipment anti-corrosion wrapping and large electrical component insulation isolation. With good flexibility and mechanical toughness, the sleeves can be sleeved and installed on irregular and large-size equipment surfaces without cutting damage or brittle fracture. The material features outstanding aging resistance and can resist ultraviolet radiation, humid air and industrial dust erosion for a long time, greatly reducing equipment maintenance frequency. Our factory implements strict quality control standards for all large-diameter PTFE tube products. After sintering and molding, each batch of products will undergo dimensional tolerance detection, wall thickness uniformity inspection, surface defect screening and pressure resistance testing. We check for internal voids, surface cracks and uneven sintering that may affect product performance, ensuring every finished product meets industrial application standards. Compared with ordinary small PTFE tubes, large-diameter products have stricter process thresholds, and we always take structural stability and long-term service reliability as the primary production standards.
