The modified PTFE tube products are made of PTFE resin by moulding processing.The suspension polymerized PTFE resin is mixed with various fillers to form a filled PTFE resin.A variety of fillers suitable for mixing with PTFE include glass fiber, carbon fiber, tin bronze and lubricants (such as graphite, molybdenum disulfide) and have been widely used in large-scale production.Compared with pure PTFE, packed PTFE has the advantages of higher compression strength, better wear resistance, better thermal conductivity and less thermal expansion.
