Hydraulic Seal PTFE Filled With Carbon Fiber With Stainless Steel Spring

The core of the product's stable performance lies in the modified carbon fiber filled PTFE composite material. Virgin PTFE features excellent chemical inertness and low friction, but its low hardness and poor compression resistance limit its application in high-load hydraulic systems. We adopt fixed-proportion carbon fiber modification technology to blend high-purity carbon fiber with PTFE base resin uniformly. The added carbon fiber effectively improves the material's structural density, compression rigidity and creep resistance, greatly reducing permanent deformation under long-term hydraulic pressure and frequent reciprocating extrusion. Meanwhile, carbon fiber optimizes the thermal conductivity of PTFE material, which can quickly dissipate friction heat generated during equipment operation, avoid seal failure caused by local high-temperature aging, and significantly extend the service life of hydraulic seals in continuous working status.

Equipped with high-quality stainless steel spring components, the seal achieves reliable active energizing sealing performance. Different from conventional hydraulic seals that rely solely on material elasticity for sealing, the built-in stainless steel spring can provide stable and lasting uniform pre-tightening force. It maintains effective sealing contact under zero pressure, low pressure and fluctuating hydraulic pressure conditions, effectively preventing medium leakage caused by pressure fluctuation and equipment assembly gaps. In the long-term operation of hydraulic cylinders, the spring can automatically compensate for minor wear of the PTFE sealing body and tiny gaps formed by mechanical thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring sustained sealing tightness without frequent replacement. We adopt industrial-grade 304 and 316 stainless steel springs as standard configurations, which deliver good corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance and deformation resistance, adapting to conventional hydraulic oil, water-glycol and general industrial fluid media environments.

This carbon fiber filled PTFE hydraulic seal is designed for practical industrial hydraulic scenarios, with outstanding comprehensive adaptability. The modified PTFE material retains the original low friction and self-lubricating characteristics, enabling the seal to adapt to high-frequency reciprocating motion of hydraulic cylinders without additional lubrication, effectively reducing equipment operating resistance and mechanical wear. The optimized material formula and structural design enable the product to stably operate within a wide pressure and temperature range, suitable for medium and high-pressure hydraulic systems of engineering machinery, automated equipment, hydraulic valves and fluid transmission devices. Compared with ordinary filled seals, this product has more stable dimensional accuracy, less wear debris during operation, and will not cause pollution or jamming to hydraulic systems.

In terms of factory quality control, we implement full-process standardized management for this product series. All raw materials are selected from qualified bulk suppliers, with fixed carbon fiber filling ratio to avoid performance differences between batches. The sealing body is processed by high-precision CNC equipment to ensure accurate dimensional tolerance and good assembly compatibility with standard hydraulic parts. Finished products will undergo strict sampling tests, including compression creep test, reciprocating wear test, pressure resistance test and medium compatibility test, to verify the stability and durability of each batch of products. We abandon excessive performance publicity and take actual working condition adaptability and batch stability as the core production standards.
