Leave a message

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

• Seller's Responsibility: Maximum. The seller is responsible for transporting the goods to the designated destination, handling all export/import procedures, and paying customs duties, taxes, and other charges.

• Risk Transfer: The seller bears all risks and costs until the goods are delivered to the designated location.

• Buyer's Responsibility: Only responsible for unloading the goods.

• Applicable Situations: Suitable when the buyer is unfamiliar with the import process, wants to minimize hassle and effort, or wishes to transfer import risks to the seller.

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)

• Seller's responsibilities: Responsible for delivery to the designated location, but excluding import duties and related fees.

• Buyer's responsibilities: Responsible for handling import customs clearance procedures, paying all import duties and taxes, and bearing all risks.

• Applicable situations: Suitable when the buyer is capable of handling customs clearance independently, is familiar with the policies of the destination country, or when the seller does not wish to bear import risks and costs.
