At present, China's rubber industry is in a special historical development stage. It is necessary to deepen the supply-side structural reform and accelerate the transformation of new and old kinetic energy, but also face disorderly competition in the market and violent fluctuations in the upstream and downstream industrial chains; it is necessary to innovate at a high level. and high-quality development, but also face the new challenge of "carbon peaking, carbon neutrality".
In this critical period, China's rubber industry must base itself on a new development stage, implement new development concepts, build a new development pattern, unite and self-discipline, gather positive energy, strive to promote innovation, transformation and upgrading of the industry, actively promote the green, low-carbon and high-quality development of the industry, and jointly create A fair, stable, healthy and orderly market environment.
In order to undertake the industry mission and fulfill social responsibilities, combined with the actual situation of the rubber industry, the presidium enterprises of the China Rubber Industry Association jointly issued an industry self-discipline initiative:

2. Continuously improve product quality and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers
3. Resolutely resist vicious competition and maintain a fair competition order
4. Actively respond to the national strategy and help achieve the "dual carbon" goal
