After rubber vulcanization, there are always some bubbles on the surface of the sample, of varying sizes. After cutting, there are also a few bubbles in the middle of the sample.
Analysis of the reasons for bubbles on the surface of rubber products
1. Uneven rubber mixing and irregular operation.
2. Irregular parking of rubber film and unsanitary environment. Irregular management.
3. The material has moisture (add some calcium oxide during mixing)
4. Insufficient vulcanization, immature and bubbles appear.
5. Insufficient vulcanization pressure.
6. There are many impurities in the vulcanizer, and small molecular impurities are decomposed in advance, and bubbles remain in the product
7. The exhaust design of the mold itself is unreasonable, and the gas cannot be discharged in time when the rubber material is punching the line!
8. The product is too thick, the rubber material is too little, the heat transfer of the rubber is slow, and after the surface is vulcanized, the fluidity of the rubber decreases, resulting in material shortage, so bubbles may be generated.
9. The exhaust is not discharged well during the vulcanization process.
10. Formula problem, the vulcanization system needs to be improved.
Solution: Improve the vulcanization pressure and time
1. Extend the vulcanization time or increase the vulcanization speed.
2. Thin it several times before vulcanization.
3. Exhaust more times during vulcanization.
