Overview of the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of various rubber materials:
1, Natural rubber
Characteristics: It has a certain plasticity at room temperature, gradually hardens as the temperature decreases, has good elasticity, good air tightness, and strong water absorption.
Advantages: Good elasticity, airtightness, and alkali resistance.
Disadvantages: Not resistant to aging, poor resistance to oil and non-polar solvents.

2, Styrene butadiene rubber
Characteristics: High solubility parameter, soluble in most hydrocarbon solvents, slow vulcanization rate, superior wear resistance, heat resistance, and aging resistance.
Advantages: Good processing performance, wear resistance, heat resistance, and aging resistance.
Disadvantages: Low strength, poor adhesion, fast crack propagation speed.

3, Butadiene rubber
Characteristics: High elasticity, maintaining elasticity over a wide temperature range, excellent wear resistance, and good filling properties.
Advantages: high elasticity, wear resistance, and good processing performance.
Disadvantages: Low tensile strength and tear strength, poor wet slip resistance.

4, Isoprene rubber
Characteristics: Uniform quality, high purity, short molding time, good fluidity.
Advantages: Easy processing, light color, small expansion and contraction.
Disadvantages: Low tensile strength and some strength indicators are lower than natural rubber.

5, Ethylene propylene rubber
Characteristics: Extremely high chemical stability, superior aging resistance, good heat resistance, and excellent electrical insulation.
