Dip plastic process

The process flow of PVC dipping is as follows:
The workpiece is degreased and preheated to above the melting point of the powder coating. After being immersed in the fluidized bed, the plastic powder will adhere evenly, and then the plasticized polymer is cross-linked and leveled into a steel-plastic composite product.
Coating materials Thermoplastic powder coating has the characteristics of softening when exposed to heat and solidifying to form a film after cooling. It is mainly a physical melting and plasticizing film forming process. Most of the dip molding process uses thermoplastic plastic powder, typically polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, and polytetrachlorethylene, which are suitable for non-toxic coatings and general decorative, anti-corrosion, and wear-resistant coatings.
The plastic dip anti-corrosion technology is based on carbon steel. Plastics of different colors are melted on the surface of the rust-removed steel wall. It has the characteristics of high strength, strong adhesion, good corrosion resistance, long outdoor life, and wide application range. The applicable temperature of the product is 190 ℃ to 220 ℃. The dipped product is suitable for various outdoor guardrails, oil and gas pipelines, metal light poles, chemical water treatment facilities, sewage treatment and other fields. The surface of the product has a full and porcelain-like luster. Delicate feel, no pollution, no bubbles, no blisters, no cracks, high strength, impact resistance, anti-aging, strong adhesion, overall anti-corrosion, seamless, never fade and other advantages.
