All three bumper types are produced using compression molding. Pre-weighed rubber blanks are placed into precision-machined steel molds and subjected to controlled heat and pressure. This process ensures complete cavity fill and uniform vulcanization. We monitor cure times and temperatures for each compound to achieve optimal cross-linking. Over-curing leads to brittleness, while under-curing results in poor mechanical properties; our process parameters are calibrated to maintain consistency across production runs.

Post-molding, bumpers undergo deflashing and dimensional inspection. Critical dimensions are verified using calibrated gauges, and visual inspections check for surface defects, porosity, or incomplete fills. For bumpers with metal inserts, we verify bond integrity through adhesion testing, as the rubber-to-metal interface is often the critical failure point under dynamic loading.
