For rubber elbow pipes, we select different elastomer grades based on the medium your hose will carry. NBR rubber works well for oil and fuel contact. EPDM is our standard choice for engine coolant and hot water systems, featuring excellent ozone resistance and long outdoor service life. FKM options are available for extreme chemical and high-oil environments. All rubber formulations are mixed and compounded in our own workshop, so we can tweak hardness, compression set and medium compatibility when your application has special requirements. Our rubber elbow hoses maintain good flexibility under vibration and repeated bending, avoiding cracking or delamination at the bend section, which is the most common failure point for cheap aftermarket hoses.

We fully understand that automotive hose reliability directly impacts vehicle safety and downtime. Our factory follows strict production control from raw material incoming inspection through final packaging. Each batch of raw silicone and rubber material gets lab tests for tensile strength, elongation and heat resistance before entering molding or extrusion. Custom elbow hoses are formed either by compression molding for complex shaped elbows or by extrusion plus secondary forming for long-radius smooth bends. After forming, we inspect each hose for surface defects, dimensional tolerance, wall thickness uniformity and internal flash. For customers requiring automotive quality certification, we manufacture parts compliant with IATF 16949 standards for original equipment supply. We can also supply test reports for pressure burst, aging and fluid resistance upon request.
