BRP supplies PTFE manufactured in many different forms, molded, machined, skived, extruded, die cut, laser cut, waterject cut, etc. Having the capability to produce parts on a manual lathe or CNC allows custom job shop type production or mass automated production.
The PTFE parts we supply are ideal for food, semiconductor, chemical, and higher temperture applications up to 450 F. We use PTFE resin in Virgin, Mechanical, Filled and Expanded (EPTFE) grades.
We provide PTFE Products, which are extremely durable and light weighted. These PTFE components for Telecom Industry provide superior electrical insulation as well as protection against atmospheric acids and aggressive chemicals.
