The foundation of our tubing is high-purity silicone rubber, an inorganic polymer primarily composed of silica. Unlike conventional rubber or plastic hoses, our silicone tubing is manufactured using a platinum-catalyzed curing process. This advanced method is critical because it ensures the final product is entirely free from peroxides and harmful by-products. The resulting material is physiologically inert, meaning it will not react with the fluids it carries, nor will it leach odors or tastes into sensitive beverages and food products.

Safety is the cornerstone of our production philosophy. Our extruded silicone tubes are fully compliant with major global regulatory frameworks. They meet the stringent requirements of the US FDA (21 CFR 177.2600) for food contact, the European LFGB standards (including rigorous sensory tests to ensure no taste transfer), and China's GB 4806.11-2016 national standard for food-contact rubber materials. Furthermore, our manufacturing processes adhere to ISO 13485 quality management systems, ensuring that every batch produced maintains consistent safety and quality levels suitable for even the most sensitive applications.

Food and beverage production environments often subject materials to extreme conditions. Our silicone tubing is designed to withstand a broad operating temperature range, typically from -60°C to 200°C. This thermal stability allows the tubing to remain flexible in cold storage environments and withstand high-temperature sterilization processes, such as CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place), without deforming or degrading.

Mechanically, the tubing offers excellent resilience and tear strength. The extrusion process allows us to control wall thickness and inner diameter with high precision, ensuring a secure fit over barbs and fittings to prevent leaks under pressure. The smooth inner bore of the tube minimizes friction, facilitating excellent flow rates and preventing the buildup of residues or bacteria. Additionally, the inherent chemical stability of silicone provides strong resistance to ozone, UV radiation, and oxidation, ensuring a long service life without the cracking or yellowing often seen in lesser materials.

To assist with efficient pipeline management in complex industrial setups, we offer our food-grade tubing in three distinct, stable colors:

Red Tubing: Typically utilized for hot fluid transfer lines or specific ingredient inputs where high visibility is required for safety and operational clarity.

Green Tubing: Often designated for potable water lines, fresh produce processing, or sanitary applications, providing a clear visual indicator of safe, clean fluid paths.

Grey Tubing: A neutral option frequently used for general-purpose food transfer, drainage, or machinery integration where a discreet, professional aesthetic is preferred.

These colors are achieved using high-quality, food-safe pigments integrated during the mixing phase, ensuring the color is consistent throughout the tube wall and will not peel or fade over time.
