After molding, all products are processed with secondary trimming and deburring, removing excess materials without damaging the product body structure.

We implement standardized quality control for the whole customization process. Before formal production, we complete sample trial production and performance testing, including dimensional tolerance detection, tensile property verification, high and low temperature resistance test and aging resistance inspection. Only samples that meet custom technical standards can enter batch production. In the mass production stage, we conduct regular sampling inspection to monitor product dimensional stability and surface quality, eliminating unqualified products caused by mold wear and parameter deviation. For products used in special working environments, targeted performance tests such as damping durability and insulation performance can be completed according to customer requirements.
