Product introduction

Foamed silicone sealing strip is used for the field platform with low temperature flexibility, heat resistance, ozone resistance and good electrical insulation performance. In addition, sponge rubber has the characteristics of light weight, damping and heat insulation. Now the market competition is more intense and the requirements for products are higher. During the vulcanization process, the blowing agent decomposes at high temperature to generate bubbles. The bubbles are wrapped in the rubber to form the pores of the sponge. These traditional foaming agents may produce toxic by-products. A new closed cell silicone rubber sponge technology has been developed, which can replace the traditional sponge processing technology using reactive chemical foaming agents and volatile organic materials (VOC) as foaming materials. The new sponge technology uses water as foaming agent to form a uniform porous sponge structure, which can be used in the field contacting with food.
