Vinyl plastisol is a dispersion of Polyvinyl chloride resins in a plasticiser liquid. Also, additives includes pigments, stabilisers for heat and UV light, flame retardants and other additives that affect the surface finish. It’s wide range of plastisol grades available for a many applications and we have been involved in the development of few special formulations already.
PVC has the excellent electrical insulation qualities which is well known and it is used extensively in the electrical industry. Most basic grades we have flame retardant properties and specially modified grades. We have developed & certified Low Smoke fire retardant [LSF] /Low Smoke Zero Halogen [LSZH] quality of materials specially used for Glands shrouds & insulating boots. We have standard most running colour is Black but we can offer a other range of standard colours. We can develop matching colours as per customers’ requirements. By default finishing of the dip moulded parts are always high glossy but also can develop/ produce semi matt, full matt.
The Hardness is determined by the plasticiser contents in the plastisol we make and it is measured on the Shore A scaSle from 30 Shore up to semi rigid at 90 Shore. We are also committed & ensuring best working practices in the factory so our materials & processes don’t allow to damage the environments. All our waste also kept packed separately for collection & disposal by a specialist recycling companies. We keep stock of plastisol which can be used any time for production. But solid waste can be recycled into the manufacture Granules & other materials. PVC Compound [plastisol] formulation, Dip moulding process, Cutting- Finishing of the product & final inspection are the steps carried out by our team.
