Product Description

Our washers are stamped from low-carbon steel coils with consistent thickness tolerance of ±0.05mm. The galvanization process follows ASTM B633 Type III (Fe/Zn 8), providing a minimum 8μm zinc coating that resists corrosion in indoor and mildly exposed environments. We do not use recycled or mixed-grade steel - every batch is traceable to its mill certificate, ensuring mechanical properties meet DIN 125's hardness and tensile requirements.
DIN 125 defines dimensional tolerances for inner diameter, outer diameter, and thickness across metric sizes from M2 to M64. Our tooling is calibrated to these exact specifications. For example, an M10 washer must have an inner diameter of 10.5–11.0mm, outer diameter of 20.0–21.0mm, and thickness of 2.0–2.5mm. We inspect 100% of critical dimensions using optical comparators and go/no-go gauges - no sampling. This ensures compatibility with standard bolts and nuts without binding or excessive play.


These washers are commonly used in machinery frames, structural steel connections, conveyor systems, and equipment enclosures where bolted joints are subject to dynamic loads. They are not intended for high-temperature or chemically aggressive environments - for those, we recommend stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized variants. But for general-purpose mechanical assembly, DIN 125 galvanized washers offer the optimal balance of cost, performance, and reliability.
