The Manufacturing Process
Feeding: Plastic pellets or granules go into a funnel-shaped hopper.
Melting: A turning screw and external heaters melt the plastic inside a heated barrel.
Shaping: The soft plastic is pushed through a custom metal die to create the final cross-section.
Cooling and Cutting: Water or air cools the hot shape into a solid part before it is cut to length
