All our food grade EPDM raw materials are screened and tested in strict accordance with food safety regulations. We only adopt pure EPDM rubber formulas without recycled rubber, filler impurities and harmful additives. The raw materials pass FDA food contact certification and EU LFGB food grade standards, ensuring no precipitation, no peculiar smell and no toxic and harmful substance separation during long-term contact with food, drinking water and food-grade liquids. This fundamental material control effectively avoids the safety risks of ordinary rubber seals such as chemical precipitation and odor contamination, which is the basic guarantee for food equipment operational safety.

In actual food industry scenarios, equipment often needs to work continuously in complex environments such as high-temperature sterilization, cold storage low temperature, frequent water washing and food liquid soaking. Our food grade EPDM O-rings and oil seals have stable environmental adaptability tailored for these working conditions. The products maintain good elasticity and tight sealing performance in the temperature range of -40°C to 120°C, and can withstand repeated high-temperature steam sterilization and low-temperature freezing cycles without hardening, cracking or permanent deformation. Meanwhile, the materials resist corrosion of common food ingredients such as fruit acid, lactic acid, edible oil and weak alkaline cleaning agents, solving the common failure problems of ordinary seals such as aging, leakage and short service life in food production lines.

In terms of production technology, we adopt full-process food-grade production specifications to ensure product consistency and safety. The production workshop independently divides food-grade rubber production areas to avoid cross-contamination with industrial rubber products. All production molds are specially polished and regularly cleaned and disinfected, and the vulcanization process parameters are precisely adjusted according to food-grade material characteristics. Compared with ordinary rubber seals with rough surfaces and unstable density, our finished EPDM sealing parts have smooth and burr-free surfaces, uniform density and excellent compression resilience. Whether it is static sealing of food storage equipment or dynamic sealing of pipeline transmission and mechanical operating parts, the products can maintain zero leakage and stable fit for a long time.
