Core Product Range & Matching Application
We produce full-series molded natural rubber parts compatible with mainstream passenger vehicles, SUVs, light commercial vehicles and pickup trucks, covering original replacement parts and aftermarket matching parts. All products adopt one-piece compression mold forming, with consistent outer contour and mounting hole position consistent with OEM installation standards for direct bolt-on replacement without secondary modification.
Shock Absorber Bump Stop: The core buffer molded rubber part. It limits the maximum compression distance of shock absorbers when vehicles pass speed bumps or rough roads, preventing rigid contact between upper and lower metal shock absorber structures. Made of high-density natural rubber to resist compression deformation under instant heavy impact.
Shock Absorber Top Rubber Mount: Connects shock absorbers and vehicle body, isolating vibration transmitted from shock absorbers to car cabins. It bears torsion and offset displacement during vehicle steering and driving, maintaining stable installation position of shock absorbers.
Rubber Dust Cover & Buffer Gasket: Protective molded rubber accessories. Dust covers prevent external impurities from damaging piston rods; cushion gaskets eliminate assembly gaps between connecting parts and reduce running friction noise.
Natural Rubber Material Configuration
We adopt 100% compounded natural rubber instead of mixed recycled rubber for all auto shock absorber molded rubber parts, matching material hardness and resilience according to front and rear shock absorber different working loads. Front shock absorber rubber parts are set with moderate hardness to prioritize driving comfort; rear shock absorber accessories use slightly higher hardness rubber to carry larger vehicle body load.
Compared with synthetic rubber, refined natural rubber has better fatigue resistance and lower compression set rate, which fits the long-term reciprocating working state of automotive shock absorbers. After adding anti-aging agents and anti-ozone additives in the mixing process, the finished rubber parts can resist ageing caused by long-term exposure to sunlight, temperature change and slight oil contamination in wheel arches. We do not blindly upgrade material formulas to raise costs; all material ratios are adjusted according to actual vehicle operating environments to balance service life and procurement cost reasonably.
Molded Production Process
All auto shock absorber rubber parts are produced by closed compression molding, the most stable process for automotive rubber structural parts. Compared with injection molding, compression molding brings tighter rubber molecular structure, better pressure resistance and longer fatigue life, which is more suitable for chassis vibration components with long service cycle requirements. The standardized production flow is as follows:
Rubber Mixing: Refined natural rubber is mixed with reinforcing agents, anti-aging additives and vulcanizing agents in fixed proportion. Each rubber batch is tested for hardness and tensile strength before production to ensure unified raw material performance.
Precision Mold Loading: Custom steel molds are adopted according to OEM drawings. Raw rubber materials are placed into molds quantitatively to avoid material deviation affecting part size accuracy.
High-temperature Compression Vulcanization: Vulcanization temperature, pressure and holding time are locked stably during molding. Stable parameters prevent incomplete vulcanization, internal air bubbles or uneven rubber density inside finished parts.
Deflashing and Finishing: Edge burrs generated during molding are removed mechanically and manually, without cutting or damaging the main rubber body structure.
Surface Inspection and Packaging: Appearance inspection and dimension measurement one by one, then independent packaging to avoid extrusion deformation during transportation and storage.
Factory Quality Inspection
We conduct practical performance tests targeting actual working conditions rather than formal quality labels. Routine inspection items include dimension tolerance check, hardness test, static compression test and ageing resistance test. Batch sampling fatigue test is arranged for key parts such as bump stops and top mounts: finished parts are tested for 3 million times of continuous compression and rebound simulation. Qualified samples have no surface cracking, permanent deformation or resilience attenuation after testing.
Our production line follows IATF 16949 automotive parts quality management system, meeting quality requirements for both aftermarket replacement and small-batch OEM supporting orders. All inspection records can be provided together with shipment documents for customer reference.
Customization & Factory Supply Note
As a direct compression molding rubber factory, we support standard batch production and non-standard mold customization for special vehicle models. Customers can provide samples, 2D drawings or installation parameter requirements, and our team will complete mold opening and sample production within 10 working days. We support both small-batch trial orders and mass bulk orders, with no middleman resale links.
