The core raw material adopted is high-purity food-grade silicone that complies with mainstream international sanitary standards. The material is BPA-free, non-toxic and odorless, with stable chemical inertness that prevents chemical reaction with water, food raw materials, beverage liquids and common pharmaceutical solvents. This avoids residue precipitation and secondary pollution during equipment operation, a key requirement for continuous sanitary production. In terms of temperature adaptability, the finished bellows and boots maintain stable flexibility and structural integrity across a wide temperature range from -60°C to 220°C. They can withstand frequent high-temperature steam sterilization and low-temperature cold storage cycles without hardening, embrittling or deforming, suiting daily disinfection and high-temperature cleaning routines of sanitary equipment.

Structurally, our molded flexible bellows and boots feature a professional corrugated telescopic design, fundamentally different from straight rigid tubes and ordinary flat rubber sleeves. The integral molded corrugated structure allows free stretching, compressing and angle deflection within a certain range. It effectively compensates for equipment vibration, operational displacement and assembly position deviation during mechanical movement. This flexible buffering performance reduces mechanical stress on connecting parts, prevents pipeline loosening and interface rupture, and lowers equipment failure rates caused by rigid connection friction. Meanwhile, the integrated one-piece molding eliminates assembly seams and dead corners, greatly reducing material residue buildup and bacterial growth compared with spliced flexible parts.

Conventional product styles include straight corrugated bellows, reducing-diameter transition bellows, conical telescopic boots, right-angle bending bellows and closed protective boots for moving parts. The surface of finished products adopts a smooth matte or fine transparent finish as required. The smooth inner wall avoids adhesion of powder, liquid and particulate materials, simplifying daily cleaning and meeting the continuous production and sanitation maintenance needs of automated food and pharmaceutical lines.

In terms of production quality control, we implement standardized sanitary silicone molding procedures. From raw material screening, impurity removal and vacuum defoaming to high-precision mold vulcanization, post-curing treatment and finished product inspection, every link is strictly controlled to reduce product defects. The hardness of finished products is stably maintained at 60–70 Shore A, balancing excellent stretch resilience and tear resistance. After repeated stretching, compression and bending tests, the products show low permanent deformation, ensuring stable long-term use. Each batch undergoes sampling tests on sanitation safety, tensile performance, high and low temperature resistance and fatigue resistance to guarantee consistent batch quality.

For material transmission systems such as feeding hoppers, screening machines and filling pipelines, they act as flexible connecting joints to ensure smooth material conveying while isolating external dust and impurities.
