Material selection is the core foundation of diaphragm service performance, and we strictly select qualified raw materials based on actual working conditions to avoid mismatched material properties leading to shortened service life or sealing failure. Conventional rubber diaphragms feature excellent mechanical toughness, moderate elasticity and cost efficiency, suitable for general industrial fluid and gas sealing scenarios with normal temperature and pressure. Silicone diaphragms stand out for their stable performance in extreme temperature environments, good biocompatibility and aging resistance, which makes them applicable for food processing, medical equipment and household appliance valve systems that require high safety and sanitation levels.

EPDM diaphragms are our most widely used industrial-grade option. With outstanding resistance to ozone, ultraviolet radiation, water vapor and weak chemical corrosion, they maintain stable flexibility and sealing performance under long-term outdoor exposure and high-frequency cyclic operation. The material can adapt to a temperature range of -50℃ to 150℃, effectively resisting aging and deformation caused by continuous pressure fluctuation and frequent opening and closing of valves. For working conditions with special requirements, we also support fabric reinforcement with nylon or polyester inserts to enhance pressure resistance and flex fatigue life, solving the common failure problems of ordinary diaphragms under long-cycle operation.

Our factory supports full-dimensional customized services covering structure, size, hardness, thickness and surface treatment. We can produce flat diaphragms, rolling diaphragms, bonded diaphragms with metal or plastic inserts, and special-shaped structural diaphragms according to customer drawings, samples or on-site working condition descriptions. All customized schemes are confirmed through professional technical evaluation to ensure the diaphragm fits the valve assembly structure accurately, realizes precise pressure sensing and flexible opening-closing linkage, and maintains zero leakage under rated working pressure.

In terms of production technology, we adopt precision compression molding and injection molding processes with standardized mold opening and production procedures. Each production link including raw material mixing, vulcanization molding, trimming and shaping is implemented in accordance with unified process specifications to control product consistency. We strictly control the flatness, elasticity uniformity and dimensional tolerance of finished products to prevent assembly deviation and operational jamming caused by processing errors.
